Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end management of BEES Club B loyalty program; Localize and execute global strategy for the China market; Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Commercial) to develop program features, strategies, and pilot implementations; Conduct regular project reviews with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines; Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure program success; Design and optimize operational workflows including points issuance, reward redemption, logistics coordination, and financial reconciliation Requirements: 3 years experience managing loyalty/points programs in e-commerce, O2O or retail industry.
