Main responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
1、Follow the monthly closing schedule ,ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and reconciliations;
遵循月度結(jié)賬計(jì)劃，確保準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)完成月末結(jié)賬及對賬工作；
2、Check fixed assets module for 4 legal entities, create fixed assets number, prepare and send out the month end schedule;
檢查4家公司固定資產(chǎn)入賬情況，創(chuàng)建資產(chǎn)編號(hào)和轉(zhuǎn)固，發(fā)送結(jié)賬安排；
3、Prepare the expense accrual, according the expense accrual check list;
計(jì)提各項(xiàng)費(fèi)用，詳見費(fèi)用點(diǎn)檢表；
4、Reconcile the subledger with general ledger, check OS reports;
核對明細(xì)賬和總賬，確定所有賬目完成后，開始核對和檢查OS報(bào)表；
5、Fill out and adjust the OS reports;
填寫和調(diào)整OS報(bào)表；
6、Fill out the CAPEX forms in OS for 4 legal entities, and complete the Suzhou branch month end close;
填寫OS中4家公司的capex表，完成蘇州分結(jié)賬；
7、Check the month end process and sign;
檢查賬務(wù)流程，無誤后打印簽字;
8、Clear the balance sheet open items;
及時(shí)清理各科目的open item;
9、Sort out and bind the general ledger accounting vouchers;
整理并裝訂總賬記賬憑證;
10、Register the Capex investment file, send out the new fixed assets list to business department, check and update Fatman, confirm with the relevant business department before the contract ending;
登記Capex Investment;發(fā)送本月新增固定資產(chǎn)明細(xì);檢查和更新Fatman，合同到期前2個(gè)月發(fā)送給相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù);確認(rèn)在建工程各項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)，及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)固
11、Create vendor and customer master data;
創(chuàng)建供應(yīng)商和客戶主數(shù)據(jù)
12、Cooperate with internal and external audit;
配合內(nèi)部及外部審計(jì)工作；
13、Ad hoc analysis per business requirement;
根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求的其他工作；

To succeed 任職條件
1、本科學(xué)歷，財(cái)務(wù)，會(huì)計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè);
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other related subjects
2、具備10年生產(chǎn)企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
10 years of experience with manufacturing environment
3、純熟的MS OFFICE技能, 熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)操作;
Skillful with Excel, familiar with ERP system
4、具備良好的跨部門協(xié)作能力,熟悉企業(yè)流程;
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, strong understanding of business processes.
5、具有ERP系統(tǒng)上線經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮;
Prior experience in ERP system implementation or go-live support is highly preferred.
6、優(yōu)秀的解決問題能力和語言表達(dá)能力;
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7、良好的英語讀寫能力，口語可以基礎(chǔ)交流;
Proficient English literacy with functional verbal communication.

薪資福利
1、入職與FESCO簽訂勞動(dòng)合同，繳納五險(xiǎn)一金；
2、稅前薪資6500-7500，可根據(jù)能力定薪；
