Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete product development, buying and production, responsible for your categories
2. Be responsible for pricing, margin, delivery and quality (the KPIs) over all your categories
3. Develop samples with good communication and cooperation with designers and technicians, following the deadlines
4. Be aware of fashion trends in the market, and a clear understanding of ONLY’s target customers
5. Responsible for cost control and negotiation with suppliers while ensuring good professional relationship
6. Develop new suppliers and evaluate current suppliers, ensure that the quality of bulk production is up to standards and production can be carried out on time
7. Review production and understand the current work level through regular visits to supplier factories, ensure that development and production are optimal for their production level
8. Ensure the production quality and packing can pass warehouse QC for your own orders and team members’
9. Pay close attention to sales growth and sales achievement, analyze sales report, and react accordingly in a timely manner
10. Be a mentor to junior team members, lead and coach team members in their daily work

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in garment, textile, or fashion related majors
2. More than 5 years of work experience in fashion merchandising industry
3. Strong fashion sense and business sense
4. Good communication skills, capable of working with designers and negotiating with suppliers
5. Strong Leadership and Management qualities
6. Fluent in English
