1. Purpose of the Job The Sustainability Control and Reporting Manager, APAC Internal Control is responsible for the sustainability control and reporting for APAC and BU China. The Sustainability Reporting Manager is to assist the sustainability control and reporting work across Bud APAC countries (including China, East Asia (Korea and Japan), India and Southeast Asia) and other internal control work under the scope of APAC Internal Control. 2. Accountabilities The Sustainability Control and Reporting Manager is responsible for: 1）. Consolidate non-financial data at APAC level on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis: - Assist in completing monthly validation for CSRD KPI data points by conducting brewery sampling audit to ensure data completeness and accuracy - Ensure all monthly data aligns with the description in sustainability reporting manual - Support the timely, complete, and accurate upload of closing data into Cognos system 2）. Sustainability KPI data analysis: - Analyze the relevant KPIs to identify any anomalies or irregularities 3）. ESG control Implementation: - Assist in the evaluation and implementation of ESG controls - Work with various teams to provide reasonable action plans to improve the sustainability end-to-end process 4）.
