Job Summary: · Validate and book AP invoices and expense claim · Arrange payment according to company policy · Coordinate with Logistic team to ensure imported beer invoices has been correctly and timely booked · Provide monthly AP aging report and comments reasons for long aging balance to local entity and follow up · Prepare sale volume report · Internal company Reconciliation · Assist with month end closing · Monthly filing AP vouchers · Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement / innovate solutions / system enhancements related to the AP/Reporting process · Support internal and external Audit · Perform ad hoc analysis as assigned Qualifications Education · Bachelor’s degree or above required · University degree in a related discipline (e.g., accounting, finance or business) and experience Experience · More than 3 years related finance experience · Both good Japanese and English speaking skills · Demonstrated knowledge of accounting processes and cycles · Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage) · Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize · Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills · Strong attention to detail · Ability to work successfully under tight deadlines EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Budweiser China is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to workplace diversity and non-discrimination.
