Function/ Process Tasks業(yè)務(wù)/流程性工作

每周，每月對于廢棄，效率，停機(jī)，成本等和技術(shù)相關(guān)的TOP問題的根本原因進(jìn)行分析制定措施并實施；

4.Analysis the root cause of customer complaint defined the action and carry out；

分析顧客抱怨產(chǎn)生的根本原因，制定及實施措施;

5.Monthly statistics the machine cycle time and analysis the difference defined the action and carry out the action.

6.According to product need ,choose new specification grinding wheel and design new tooling ,and order in time to satisfy product need;

10.Continue to improve grinding process ,to reduce cycle time ,increase product efficiency ,meanwhile reduce product cost;

通過不斷改進(jìn)磨削工藝，降低生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍，提高生產(chǎn)效率，同時降低生產(chǎn)成本;

11.Work with maintenance department to solve machine problem ;

與維修部門一起解決設(shè)備問題；

任職要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.

2.Fluent oral and written English.

3.Minimum 3 years work experience

5.Basic knowledge on IATF, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 related to production, maintenance and process. And conduct according to management system
