Objectives of the Position：
The role is with combined functions of raw material planning and DPO (digital product owner). He/she is accountable for responsible category of raw material supply by working with demand planning, technical center, and procurement etc. to enable the production. He/she needs to have a very high level of understanding of the trade-offs between supply, inventory, and cost, and to achieve planning excellence. Act as a key enabler for supply chain innovation topics, that leverages digital technology and translate data to value-driven decisions. He/she will stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital supply chain management to drive continuous innovation and contribute to work efficiency and cost optimization.
Main Tasks：
Perform strong raw material supply functions and materials availability by closely working with demand planning, production, and procurement etc.
Monitor delivery status of raw material based on which timely reflect into raw material planning data and trigger expedite or postponement request accordingly.
Accountable for responsible raw material inventory management to ensure healthy inventory level and achieve the inventory target.
Perform regular performance reviews on suppliers’ delivery and drive improvements.
Alert potential shortage for further risk mitigation plan.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through the adoption of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics etc.
Evaluate and select suitable digital tools, platforms, and solutions to enhance supply chain visibility, collaboration, and decision-making.
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position：
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in business, supply chain management, or related degree preferred.
Working Experience: 3-5 years, preferred with automotive industrial background.
