Objectives of the Position
-Process management for new colors / APQPs / technical projects according to business strategy.
-Main contact for customer technical projects and information management.
-Leading for cost / efficiency / procedure optimization projects.
Main Tasks
-Process management for new colors / APQPs / technical projects according to business strategy.
-Leading the new project launching, support customer line trials, and coordinate lab tests, formulation modification with TC.
-Follow up customer technical projects, regularly report project status and keep the overall project to meet the schedule.
-Leading for cost / efficiency / procedure optimization projects.
-Leading the failure mode analysis, lesson-learn discussion and push for de-bottlenecking optimization.
-Main contact for customer technical projects and information management. Responsible for customer specification updating and maintenance.
-Regular customer site visit for technical information exchanging and updating.
-Prepare customer presentation for customer seminar and workshop.
-Other tasks assigned by line manager.
-Ensure all activities to meet BASF requirement of EHS, 5S and QM.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
Education: Bachelor or above in chemical related
Working Experience: at least 5 years’ experience in Automotive Coatings industry
Technical
