job profile:

1、 participate in the fire protection system planning, design management and scheme audit of the project, and complete the preliminary fire protection planning and design of the general layout of the factory area and various buildings during the construction；

2、 cooperate with design institutes and other third-party professional design institutions to provide fire protection professional design conditions, confirm and review fire protection (mechanical) design schemes, review fire protection drawings provided by design institutes, and review craft、materials、aesthetics and operability of construction;

3、 be responsible for reviewing, confirming and locking the planning requirements of fire protection (mechanical)；

4、 leading the review of professional and technical schemes of fire protection(mechanical) and the review of design changes and engineering changes in the planning stage and construction stage;

5、 be responsible for the planning, review, approval and on-site construction technical guidance of all special engineering schemes of the project fire protection(mechanical)specialty;

6、 leading the planning and review of professional cost optimization and energy-saving innovation schemes for fire protection (mechanical);

7、 be responsible for assisting in inspecting suppliers and objectively evaluating their technology and profession, following up the implementation of suppliers’work such as fire protection (mechanical)drawing changes of various projects, and leading the design changes;

8、 carry out on-site work guidance and explanation for the projects in charge, and participate in the acceptance of fire protection (mechanical)projects;

9、 be responsible for handling technical affairs on the professional platform of fire protection of project(mechanical);

qualifications:

1、bachelor degree or above in mechanical and electrical fire engineering;

2、fluent in english, hungarian

3、proficient in operating windows office software, cad; familiar with one of the drawing software such as solidworks and pro/e;

4、engaged in electromechanical fire protection planning or electromechanical fire protection design for 3 years or more, with electromechanical fire protection engineering planning and design, on-site construction management experience;

5、national electromechanical fire engineer or above technical title is preferred;

6、 skills:

（1） have strong planning ability and audit ability of electromechanical fire protection;

（2） have strong analysis and comparison ability;

（3） have rich technical appraisal ability of electromechanical fire fighting machinery and equipment;

（4） proficient in reading english technical materials of electromechanical fire fighting equipment;

（5） have strong communication and coordination skills;
